We take data recovery seriously

Our recovery process is quite simple. We are happy to assess what the work involves and if we are confident that we able to restore your data only then do we proceed.

A deposit is required to ensure that we make an absolute copy of your HDD/SSD before we begin and work on that copy only to recover your data. If we are unsuccessful we will not charge anything further and you have your untampered HDD/SSD to send elsewhere. Being honest and not making things worse for you is something we completely understand.
