A simple case of a cracked and damaged back cover of a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, that needed replacing.
The process was pretty much very simple, no delicate fingerprint sensors or anything that needs a lot of attention. Take off old one using a hot air station, transfer camera glass if needed and clean the old adhesive to prep for new cover. Press as per Samsung specifications. Follow up with relevant tests and that’s it.
The device originally an Aura Glow, however customer really preferred it be replaced with the black (Aura Black) version even though the price was exactly the same. We always advice to replace like for like and genuine if possible, but in this case it’s preference and a happy customer is always the most important.
