I tend to not repair anything Apple, mostly as I do not have a lot of experience, however I was kindly asked to see if I was able to fix an issue with this laptop in which Safari had suddenly disappeared, Chrome no longer worked and their Office suit was also no longer functioning.
Safari was just a case of bringing it back to the main menu, Chrome had to be reinstalled and same goes for the office suite.
