In this repair the console was dropped and due to the angle the CPU heatsink heavily pressed into the board causing damage to a memory chip which had to be replaced. The legs for the hard drive holder was all pretty much broken off. The hard drive was also corrupted, but luckily there was no permanent damage so after repairing was useable.
Being a budget repair instead of replacing the HDD holder with a new one, we opted for a basic glue/epoxy repair which seemed to hold well. Desoldering the chip and replacing with a new one also did the trick.
Realigned a SMD capacitor/component beside the chip. Cleaned all thermal paste from the CPU and added new paste to improve the cooling while it was opened up, which worked perfectly in the end as seen below.
